2016/17 Registration Packages are available on the Register page.
Your Registration Package includes 3 forms:
- Form 1 – Skater Information & Session Registration – Complete one Form per Skater
- Form 2 – Policies & Waivers – Complete one Form per Skater
- Form 3 – Volunteer Commitment – Complete one Form per Family
Please complete all necessary forms and include payment by cheque with your registration package.
We CANNOT process your registration if there are missing forms or payment is not included.
