Figure Skater Bootcamp (FSBC) was founded by Signe Ronka, former National/International level figure skater and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. FSBC provides specialized fitness training for figure skaters of all levels to help achieve peak performance on the ice and maximize potential. Progressing through each stage of the FSBC program will build a strong, confident and packaged skater.

    • Skaters will learn a proper warm up routine that can be used before workouts, practice sessions and competitions.
    • Throughout the season, skaters will be conditioned in all areas of sport specific training including: strength, power, agility, coordination, balance, plyometrics and flexibility exercises.
    • Skaters will learn off ice jump techniques that can be used to stimulate fast twitch muscles needed for jumping on the ice.
